Fallout is flying along above the ground, looking for something. Death's Head appears to be lounging casually against a large building. His arms are folded over his chest and he glances around, keeping up surveillance of the general area. He looks up as he hears Fallout flying past. Fallout doesn't really notice death's head, but keeps flying anyway, still searching for something and cursing. Death's Head casually reaches detaches his left fist, stows it and takes a large blaster weapon from the array of weapons on his back. He slides it onto his left wrist stump and twists it until there is an audible click. He doesn't point the weapon at Fallout, but he doesn't exactly point it away from him either. Fallout keeps flying, but hears the click and turns around. "Who are you?" Fallout just smirks. "Perhaps it does, but I already asked the question." Death's Head sighs, still not turning his gun fully away from Fallout, "I see no point in concealing my identity. I am Death's Head." Fallout just floats there blinking "I see, and what are you doing here?" Death's Head makes a strange grinding noise, not unlike a growl, but not quite like one either, "Without wishing to appear rude... none of your business." He doesn't move an inch, and continues to lean against the building, one arm across his chest and the other, gun tipped arm pointing outwards. Fallout smirks. "who says it's not?" Death's Head would smile if his face could move, "I do." Fallout shrugs. "Too bad for you isn't it? I repeat, what are you doing here?" You say, "I am not in the mood for repeating myself. I am not bothering you; kindly get on with whatever it is you're doing and leave me alone."" Fallout shrugs. "My mission just changed.." he shrugs again. "Lord Starscream wishes to know if you have completed your mission yet." Death's Head tilts his head again, "Ah, so you are an errand boy. Excellent. As it happens, there is a hole in my schedule at present. My previous employer has not made contact with me in quite some time and failed to give me some necessary information." Fallout nods communicating with lord starscream. Death's Head lowers his weapon and waits, tapping the barrel against his knee. Fallout hmms. "Lord Starscream wishes to know if you will be taking on any new contracts." Death's Head nods, "Certainly, provided there is sufficient.... incentive." Fallout nods and communicates some more.. Fallout shrugs. "What kind of incentive?" Death's Head sighs; he'd assumed that anyone could take his hint. Apparently he was wrong, "Cash. Credits, Dollars, Shanix, whatever passes for currency in this..." he looks around him, "Universe." Fallout chuckles a moment as he communicates. "He says that such things can be provided." Death's Head nods, "Excellent. I will, of course, require details of the assignment before I will commit myself." Fallout nods slightly, getting the details.. Fallout looks at death's head. "Lord Starscream requests a meeting between you and he.." Death's Head nods, affably, "I am always happy to accomodate an employer of Lord Starscream's stature. When and where?" Fallout turns and starts to float forward "Follow me." You say, "I am incapable of flight; will this be a problem?" Fallout shakes his head and lands transforming. "No problem, follow me." Death's Head nods and follows Fallout Pennsylvania Starscream stands next to Razorclaw, waiting. Missile Trailer drives up to lord starscream, death's head should still be following. Death's Head apreaches from the south west behind Fallout. Missile Trailer transforms and just shrugs. Razorclaw looks to Starscream then to the two that come in Starscream awaits. Death's Head steps up to the group of decepticons and offers a short bow; it never hurts to be polite to someone who might be employing you, "Greetings, Starscream. I understand you may have a comission for me?" Starscream nods, "Yes. The autobot Metalhawk, elminate him for us." Death's Head would raise an eyebrow were he capable of doing so, "Metalhawk? Interesting. You realise of course that this would be a somewhat difficult task; not only is he usually inside autobase, but he is extremely powerful." Starscream chuckles, "In the Autobase? I disagree, Metalhawk travels all about. However he is indeed powerful....but I thought you were a professional. Was I wrong?" If Starscream's trying to goad Death's Head, it's not going to work; he's had people try this sort of thing before to try to get a contract on someone for a lower price. Surprisingly it didn't work. He tilts his head on one side in one of the few ways of making an expression he has, "Oh no, I *am* a professional. I simply wished to make you aware of how high the cost for such a job would be." Razorclaw looks to Death's Head saying, "How much do you want, bountyhunter?" Starscream chuckles, "Oh I am aware. And as Razorclaw said Death's Head, what would you charge?" Death's Head names a rather high figure, keeping his eyes fixed on Starscream, "In addition to the credits, I will require some slightly more powerful weaponry." He pats his blaster, lovingly, "Whilst this armament has a certain degree of sentimental value to me, I have noticed that the weapons here seem more potent than those in my universe." Starscream does a power-level scan on Death's Head, "More powerful weaponry? You possess a Cannon Death's Head, what else could we possibly add to your weapons? And of course you understand if we will only pay half up front..." Death's Head nods, "That is an acceptable arrangement." He smiles inwardly; usually he gets paid on "delivery", and not before. This is indeed a good day. Starscream touches something and credits are transferred to Death's Head, "Good, then consider it a deal." Death's Head pulls a datapad from his belt and checks that the credits have been transferred, then grunts an affirmative, "Do you have any particular preference for the manner and location of the disposal? And what proof of completion will be required?" Starscream hehs, "Use your internal camera to record the battle and the kill. If possible a head would be nice." Death's Head nods, "Yes, a head is usually what is requested. Finally, how soon does the contract have to be completed?" Starscream hmmms, "As soon as possible. Should you require lead time, I understand...I too was once an assassin, a military one for Megatron, but an assassin nonetheless." Death's Head does some planning in his head, "Very good. Is there anything further?" Starscream shakes his head, "I have nothing further for you." Death's Head bows again, this time slightly more deeply; perhaps the weight of the credits is influencing him somewhat, "Then I shall make my preparations. A pleasure doing business with you, Starscream." Starscream nods, "Oh, the pleasure is all mine." he's smiling broadly underneath his faceplate, knowing full well this mission serves as a gauge for the hunter's abilities. Death's Head turns and departs, smiling inwardly. He knows full well the mission is practically suicide... if approached as a straight hit. However, he has some plans own for this job; plans that he suspects Starscream doesn't know he's capable of concieving.
